At Elite Rooms Belfast Ltd, we specialise in both student and professional room shares for those people looking for individual rooms within a shared property.
We have a wide selection of rooms on offer to suit all budgets in areas popular with students and professionals.
Most of our properties are hand-picked by us as they meet our high standards and are in great locations. We can offer a range of accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets.
Our properties come fully furnished, which means you don't have to worry about bringing your washing home to your mums! All tenants sign a contract prior to moving in agreeing to no smoking, parties, loud music or pets in their rooms.
We offer rooms in locations across Belfast and can offer suggestions and advice if you're unsure about where to locate to.
Our rooms all come fully furnished and we even provide new bed linen when you move in. 6 - 12 month contracts are preferred; however, we can offer monthly contracts. One months rent upfront is required of the tenant upon moving into the property.
A deposit is required to secure/hold a room and can be paid in Cash, via Bank Transfer or by the Card Machine in our office. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if paid and then you fail to proceed with the move in to the room.
The deposit amount will be the same price as your room and will include the utilities bill cost. Your deposit will be returned to you in full once your contract is complete, your room has been inspected and found to be in the same condition as it was when you got it and your keys have been returned to us.
If you book in for a viewing we'll show you as many properties as we can and make ourselves available for evening and weekend viewings to fit around your schedule. Worried about sorting out utility bills? Don't be! All of our rooms offer bills included so you don't need to organise these yourself.
We carefully select our landlords and properties to make sure that your rental experience will be a positive one. We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), and the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
